Art direction · campaign & activation
Posters, social, and on-site activation for Post Malone's Travelin' Tailgate tour, built around a signed-helmet sweepstakes with Monster Truck Wars. The artist's own account ran the creative.
Portfolio / 2026
I build designs and systems for firearms, defense, and outdoor brands.
Six years across editorial, agency, and product. Most of the work is the part after launch, when a system either holds or it doesn't.
An annual awards program honoring military and law enforcement, sponsored by American brands. I ran art direction across four consecutive years: identity, 100+ assets per cycle, merchandise, print, social, and the event itself.
The interesting problem was not any single year. It was that the program had to look continuous while getting bigger every year, with new sponsors, a bigger venue, and a growing asset load, without the system coming apart.

Email design and template architecture for Global Ordnance, a defense and commercial ordnance supplier. Open rates are up 10% year to date.

Email design for 50+ brands across defense, outdoor, healthcare, and automotive. Different audiences, different compliance constraints, same discipline underneath. Six sends shown here, across five of them.

Creative direction · identity, packaging, digital
Led creative direction across visual identity, packaging, and the digital experience. Built a design system balancing nostalgia against a modern edge, drawn from what the company is actually about: hard work and legacy.

Creative Lead · brand system
Built the agency's own identity and service architecture while running client creative. Also launched a podcast brand whose standout episode passed 200,000 views on YouTube in four months.

Identity & web
Logo, brand system, and website development.

Strategic redesign · research-led
Market research, stakeholder interviews, persona development, and journey mapping to fix product discoverability across government and civilian buyers.

Art Director · first AD role
Directed a team of two designers on award-winning issues, ran print production and vendor coordination, and launched the magazine's digital presence from nothing.
I'm a creative lead working in firearms, defense, and outdoor. It's a narrow vertical with technical literacy requirements, and I've spent the last several years learning to direct work that holds up in front of an audience.
My path ran editorial to agency to product and back to leading creative. Art director at a magazine, graphic designer across 50+ healthcare and automotive clients, product designer building email template systems and payment platforms, and now creative lead directing output across multiple designers and projects.

I entered my first fashion design contest at eight, sketching outfits on printer paper. At ten I started a business called Pocket Purses, hand-sewn silk jewelry holders I sold out of my mom's salon. For sixth grade graduation my mom and I designed a dress together; she sewed it, I wore it. Middle school meant fashion classes at Parsons. High school meant my first self-portrait and falling for fine art.
Whether it's a brand system or a campaign, the why hasn't changed.
